A new site for us that I hope you will enjoy and log on to time and time again.Many of you have been with us for many years, reading my blogs, news and views and articles.

My aim is to take this to another level –giving you more--more information –more updates, articles, photos -the whole works. As You can see the new site is cleaner – easier –better to navigate.

Gone is the fluff and left is the main ingredients.

Basically we are just concentrating on what we do best-and that is getting people in shape. That may be in shape for stepping under the lights in competition, or looking awesome on the beach. Whatever your goal -we are here for you.

I love my life and my chosen profession, I work with so many fantastic clients that my days are just buzzing, I enjoy every minute and hour. I would love for you to feel that in my work---in the articles and blogs I will write. My goal is to motivate you to be the best you can be.Through my words and actions on this new site we now have.
