I have found the best way to train clients is in less than an hour,
there is no time soak ups here - just plain hard work.

After the initial break-in period I can achieve a vast amount of work in the session.
Always do I strive to get more from my client. Results is my goal as well as theirs.

I set up the program for the individual before hand and then it is 40-50 minutes of solid training with little of no rest. Obviously I work to the clients abilities with the eye of progressing and working harder in future sessions as the ability to work harder increases. I also cover nutrition needs and body fat tests on a regular basis ensuring that the work we are doing is yielding results.

Clients work at most three times a week with me, with no cv work on the other days. If you work hard this is all you will tolerate but results will speak for themselves. Many clients work once a week with me and incorporate the BOOT CAMP later in the week and make fantastic results.

Personal training is the way of the future. If you train hard and eat clean you will look like you do.

You will get the results of your life when you are pushed hard to do so.

Personal training is an ideal way for you to learn how to look after yourself in the future. Yes you will alter in shape, tone and fitness or whatever your goal may be you will achieve it with me in your corner. But above all you will increase your knowledge of how to take care of yourself.

Personal training does not have to be long term. A period before holidays or your wedding, whatever.
I have clients report results in as little as 5 sessions.
